1. Deposits

1.1 Initial deposits are non-refundable as they secure your event date and initial planning services.
1.2 Deposits represent 25% of the total event planning fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Service Cancellation by HELIXARIS
- Full refund if we cannot provide the agreed services
- Pro-rated refund for partially completed services

2.2 Client Cancellation
- Subject to our cancellation policy terms
- Refund amount depends on notice period

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund requests must be submitted in writing
3.2 Processing time: 5-10 business days
3.3 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Third-party vendor deposits
• Custom design fees
• Planning hours already completed
• Administrative fees
